Simply take pictures of the issue and contact our customer service team. They'll arrange a return process for a replacement, refund, or store credit.

🟢 Size Forgiveness: First-time customers unsure about sizing can relax! If your item isn't the right fit, we offer a one-time exchange for up to 3 items to a different size, free of charge, or provide store credit for their value. Plus, you don't need to return the original item.
🔴 Change of Heart: Due to our on-demand, custom production process, we're unable to accept returns for items if you change your mind. This approach helps us reduce overproduction, so we appreciate your thoughtful purchases.
🔴 Intimate Apparel: Items like underwear, swimwear, and leather goods are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons. Once purchased, they're yours to keep.
